In a SEED round, various participants may be involved, including angel investors, venture capitalists, and strategic partners. Angel investors are typically individual investors who provide capital at the early stages of a project for tokens. Venture capitalists are professional investment firms that pool funds to invest in promising startups, often in exchange for token ownership. Strategic partners may also participate, bringing not only financial support but also industry expertise, networks, and resources. The participants in a SEED round collectively contribute to the initial funding and support required for the development of a new project.
At the private sale stage, we are interested in engaging media experts to promote the project within the gaming industry. It helps us to scale the number of players after validating an in-game economy.
In a public sale, a broader range of participants has the opportunity to invest. This includes retail investors, individual contributors, and members of the general public interested in supporting the project. Unlike private sales, which are often limited to accredited investors, public sales aim to involve a more audience. Retail investors can purchase tokens or assets during the public sale. In addition, it should be clear that there are many things that could change the pointed timing, including massive traction, research, and feedback from the community.
